DNA Decks Transforms Mt. Eliza Home with Stunning Composite Deck
DNA Decks recently completed a beautiful and functional deck project for Sandi’s new build home in Mt. Eliza. This project, undertaken in collaboration with our landscaping partner Forever Green HCS (Steven), showcases our expertise in crafting stunning outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate with your home’s architecture and landscape design.
A Showstopping Rear Deck with Terrace Stairs:
The rear alfresco deck is a true focal point, featuring stunning terrace stairs that elegantly wrap around the perimeter. Our skilled craftsman, Tom, meticulously built 40 sets of stringers to support these stairs, ensuring flawless function and a visually striking design.
Mt Eliza Deck Foundations: Building Strong Outdoor Spaces
Building decks that stand the test of time means never skimping on materials. For our latest project in Mt. Eliza, we went the extra mile to tackle the sandy soil and ensure a rock-solid foundation. Watch the video to see just how much concrete we used to make this deck truly durable.
It takes one hundred and eight 20 kilogram bags of ready mix to make up just one cubic metre of concrete.
Well, this DNA Decks project required 7 cubic metres delivered in not one, but two trucks.
That’s equivalent to a staggering 756 bags. Or the better part of 11 pallets. 15 tonnes.
Enough to clear out your local Bunnings several times over.
